If it weren't for this, I'd still give it a 14+ because it is still a very violent game. The mixing of the moral violence over the strong images can be a bit disturbing in my opinion. But the thing is, sometimes, when you humiliate an orc chief, he'll become 'deranged', and then will come back with scars that can become quite frightening. The only time red blood appears is when there is when the orcs hit you, but it is in small amounts and there are never decapitations or dismeberment on humans. There are decapitations on human/monster creatures (orcs) that results in relatively large amounts of blood. Violence comes in a grand and horrific way.
